Cancellation policy

The total rental fee required will NOT be refunded, should renter cancel within thirty days of occupancy, Owner will try to fill the canceled rental period.  If rental period can be filled, the total rental fee will be returned minus a US $200.00 fee that can be applied towards a future stay.  Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be retained for additional advertising costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. There will no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy.
