St. George, Utah is located in Southern Utah only 6 miles from Arizona. Known for its temperate climate and a mild winter lasting only 2 months, it is beautiful and picturesque making it an ideal location to vacation or retire.

The St. George, Utah area boasts over a dozen golf courses with many more being planned in and around vacation condo rentals. Close by are Zion's National Park, Brians Head Ski Resort, and Bryce Canyon National Park which offer diverse and beautiful landscapes that provide an insight as how the area has looked like for hundreds of years.

In addition to the local attractions St. George is located only 1 ½ hours from Las Vegas and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon National Park with its awe inspiring landscape. Other areas located nearby include Las Angeles, CA (5 hours), Phoenix, AZ (6 hours) and Salt Lake City, UT (3 hours).

St. George Municipal Airport is serviced by Sky West Airlines for Delta to Salt lake City and for United Airlines to Los Angeles. McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas is a short drive from St. George and there are plans to build a new airport in St. George.

This unique condo features a balcony with a large gas grill that overlooks the main swimming pool at Green Valley Spa and  has two large screen plasma TVs.

This one of a kind getaway retreat has one bedroom with a king size bed and a king size sleeper sofa in the living area. The rental includes full access to the Green Valley Spa Resort swimming pools, weight room, and tennis courts.
